What should I expect as part of my first treatment?
You should feel relaxed and pampered from your treatment. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your treatment. This will give you time to have a luxurious foot soak while you complete a client intake form and for us and have time to discuss your requirements and any health conditions or injuries you have. You will then undress to your underwear and lay on the massage table fully covered with towels so that you are warm in a safe environment. The massage will be performed and the therapist will check in with you to ensure it is meeting your needs. At any time if you need changes made, please feel free to advise your therapist.

Policies
Cancellations:
We have a 24hr cancellation policy, you will be charged 100% of your treatment price if you do not provide 24hrs notice of unattendance. We do understand that sometimes this is not possible, so please contact us as soon as possible to discuss if you are unable to make the appointment.

Late Policy:
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your planned treatment beginning time. Where possible we will aim to provide you with the full treatment time, however if you are late we may not be able to accommodate this and you will still be charged for the full treatment.

Sickness:
If you are sick, please don't come to your appointment - we want to be well so all clients can enjoy our services, please let us know as soon as possible that you are unable to make it.
